Event prizes for our cosmic giveaway

• 3.1. The giveaway is a random distribution of the event prizes (hereinafter—’Prizes’) to the Clients.
• 3.2. The giveaway of Prizes will be held in the form of a randomized lottery during the live stream on the OctaFX Youtube channel on 23 August.
• 3.3. Only the Clients who verified their user profile on the Company website or in the OctaFX Trading App and traded at least one lot between 25 July at 12.00 a.m. (UTC) and 31 July at 11.59 p.m. (UTC) can participate in the giveaway. Demo accounts do not participate in this giveaway.
• 3.4. The total number of prizes is 60. Each prize can be won only once by one client. Thus, the total number of winners of the giveaway equals 60.
• 3.5. The Prizes include:

CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• The promotional campaign lasts from 25 July at 12.00 a.m. (UTC) to 31 July at 11.59 p.m. (UTC).
• Only active clients signed up on the OctaFX site or logged in to the OctaFX Trading App can access the Campaign.
• The Campaign consists of four different offers.
• The Client is entitled to claim the Offer at the time when it is available.
• OctaFX is entitled to add and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
• All payouts associated with the Campaign are only performed on banking days. If the due date is not a banking day, the payout will only be made on the first banking day following that date.
• The Client undertakes to use the Offers in good faith.
• The Company is entitled to ban the Client from participating in the Campaign or from claiming the Offer at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
• The cases where the Company bans the Client include, but are not limited to, any abuse of the Offers.
• Any situation not described in these Terms and Conditions is subject to the Company′s discretion.
• The Company reserves the right to amend and/or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.
• These Terms and Conditions are made in English. In case of any discrepancies between this and other language versions, the English version prevails.
• Demo accounts are not eligible to participate in the FOREX CONTEST (OCTAFX CONTEST WEEKLY).
